Not yet — the web version can't take payments, so the four one-off extras are sold in the iPhone app only. Sorry for the inconvenience. Tap one in the web shop anyway: it tells me somebody wanted it, which is how a real checkout gets built. Everything else in the game is there, and free.
Open the shop (the laptop icon) and tap RESTORE PURCHASES at the bottom of the premium section. Everything you have bought on that Apple ID comes back, on any device. Purchases survive a Grand Reopening too — that's the point of them.
The save lives on your device only; it is not backed up to us and is not synced between devices. Deleting the app deletes it. If it vanished without you deleting anything, email me — that's a bug and I'd like to know.
Working as intended. Turn LET THEM SEE YOU off in Options if you'd rather they didn't — it uses the front camera entirely on your own device and sends nothing anywhere. See the privacy policy.
Options has separate switches for music and effects.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too — use reportaproblem.apple.com. I can't issue one from my side, but tell me what went wrong and I'll fix the cause.
